Safetrack PinBrazing Clamps are used for mounting electric point heaters on the rail or for fixing cables. Since they are made of annealed copper, you can bend the clamps during the fitting/removal of cables or electric heaters. When the space is cramped and where the standard Brazing Gun have trouble reaching, we recommend the use of an extension set (pin/ring holder) or angled brazing gun.
Use the following brazing pin and ceramic ferrule when PinBrazing these clamps:
- 10011 - 8mm standard pin without fuse wire
(alternatively 1001 - 8mm standard pin with fuse wire)
- 2003 - 8mm ceramic ferrule
